Litti Chokha | Daal | Aloo Masala

How To grow Sprouts in jar by Gharana -ghar jaisa khana.


  1. Soaked 1/2 cup moth Beans in 2  to 3 cups of water overnight. 
  2. Drain the Water and put the beans in the jar and  cover the half lid.
  3. A moisture must be there to grow sprouts and air must pass through it.Keep aside for 2days
  4. You will see a sprouted moth.
  5. Again wash the sprouts and repeat the process to grow big in size for 2 days .
  6. Sprouting can be spoil easily so do take care to dry it completely and Refrigerate it in the same jar.
